Chapter on Ruling of the Unconscious Person, the One Afflicted with Bile (Sahib al-Mirrah]) and the Insane Person Regarding Prayer and Fasting

Ibrahim ibn Hashim, from more than one person, from Mansur ibn Hazim, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: He (narrator) asked Imam عليه السلام about ‘one who is unconscious for a month or forty nights.’ He (narrator) said: “So Imam عليه السلام said, ‘If you wish, I will inform you of what I command myself and my children with: that you make up everything that you missed.’”
