Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Muhammad ibn Abdillah, from Uqbah ibn Khalid, who said: I (narrator) asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about ‘a man who fasted while he was sick.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “His fast is complete, and he does not repeat it; it suffices him.”
