Chapter on Water and Its Rules, and What is Permissible and Impermissible for Purification
And with this chain of narration, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Ali ibn al-Hakam, from Abu Ayyub al-Khazzaz, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, who said:
I asked Imam عليه السلام about water in which animals urinate, dogs lick, and a person in a state of Janabah (major ritual impurity) bathes. Imam عليه السلام said: "If the water reaches the quantity of a kurr (a large volume), nothing makes it impure."
