وَ بِهَذَا اَلْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلرَّقِّيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَيُّوبَ اَلْمَوْصِلِيِّ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ بْنِ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ اَلسَّبِيعِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ:« إِنَّ قَوْماً أَتَوْا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ مَاتَ صَاحِبٌ لَنَا وَ هُوَ مَجْدُورٌ فَإِنْ غَسَّلْنَاهُ اِنْسَلَخَ فَقَالَ« يَمِّمُوهُ»».
Narrated through this chain from Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya, from Abu Basir, from Ayyub bin Muhammad Al-Raqqi, from Amro bin Ayyub Al-Mawsili, from Isra'il bin Yunus, from Abu Ishaq Al-Sabi'i, from Amro bin Khalid, from Zayd bin Ali, from his forefathers, from (Imam) Ali عليه السلام:
Imam عليه السلام said: A group of people came to the Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and said: "O Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, one of our companions has died, and he was afflicted with smallpox. If we wash him, his skin will peel off." The Prophet said: "Perform Tayammum for him."
