Narrated through this chain from Muhammad bin Ya‘qub, from Ali bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi Umair, from Hisham bin al-Hakam, from Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام: Imam عليه السلام said regarding the one struck by lightning and the one who drowned. Imam عليه السلام said: “They should be delayed for three days unless signs of decomposition appear earlier.”
