Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 2|Book 1|Chapter 14
As for what was narrated by Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin from his brother Al-Husayn from Ali ibn Yaqtin, who said:
I asked Abu Al-Hasan عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about a man who forgets to give the Iqamah and has already begun the prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: "If he has completed his prayer, then his prayer is complete; but if he has not completed his prayer, then he must repeat it."
