Chapter on What is Permissible and Impermissible to Pray in - of Clothing and Place

Sa‘d, from Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn, from Abdullah ibn Jabalah, from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar, said: I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “A group of people were ambushed on the road, and their clothes were taken from them, so they remained naked, and the time of prayer arrived, what should they do?” Imam عليه السلام said: "Their imam (of prayer) should go ahead of them and sit, and they should sit behind him. He should gesture with signs for bowing and prostration, and they should perform bowing and prostration behind him by placing their faces on the ground."
