Chapter on What is Permissible and Impermissible to Pray in - of Clothing and Place
From him, from Sa‘d ibn Isma‘il, from his father Isma‘il ibn ‘Isa, who said:
I asked Abu Al-Hasan عليه السلام, about the fur skins which a man buys in the market from the markets of the mountain region, should he ask about their slaughtering (dhakah) if the seller is a Muslim but not one of the ‘Arif’ (not a ‘shia’)? He said "It is upon you to ask about it if you see that the sellers are polytheists. But if you see that (people) are praying in it, then do not ask about it."
