Chapter on Additions
Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 4|Book 1|Chapter 39
وَ بِهَذَا اَلْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:» إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ كُنْتُمْ إِلَى أَنْ تُزَادُوا أَقْرَبَ مِنْكُمْ إِلَى أَنْ تُنْقَصُوا«.
And with this chain of transmission, from Hammad, from Hariz, from Zurarah, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, that he said:
Imam عليه السلام said: "When that is the case, you are closer to being increased than you are to being decreased."
