Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 4|Book 1|Chapter 39
And with this chain of transmission, from Hariz, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said:
I (narrator) heard Imam عليه السلام saying: "A believing man who had purchased land from the lands subject to land tax (kharaj) was brought before Commander of the Believers عليه السلام, peace be upon him. So the Commander of the Believers عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: 'He has what we have, and upon him is what is upon us, whether he is a Muslim or an unbeliever. He has what belongs to the people of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and upon him is what is upon them.'"
