Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Faddal, from Ya'qub ibn Yazid, from Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, from al-Hakam ibn Ayman, from Abu Khalid al-Kabuli, who said: He said: "If you see the Master of the Command عليه السلام (Sahib al-Amr) giving everything that is in the public treasury to one man, then let nothing enter your heart (doubt), for he (the Imam عليه السلام) only acts by the command of Allah سبحانه وتعالى."
