Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Faddal, from Muhammad ibn Ismail, from Hammad ibn Isa, from Hariz ibn Abdillah, from Zurarah, who said:
I (narrator) asked Abu Ja’far عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about ‘a man who fasted as a make-up fast from the month of Ramadan, then came (for intimate relations) to women.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “Upon him of the expiation is what is upon the one who had intercourse during the month of Ramadan. That day, with Allah سبحانه وتعالى, is among the days of Ramadan.”
