اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ اَلْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْجَوْهَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ قَضَاءِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فِي شَهْرِ ذِي اَلْحِجَّةِ وَ أَقْطَعُهُ فَقَالَ» اِقْضِهِ فِي شَهْرِ ذِي اَلْحِجَّةِ وَ اِقْطَعْهُ إِنْ شِئْتَ«.
Al-Husayn ibn Said, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad al-Jawhari, from Aban ibn Uthman, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Abdillah, who said:
I (narrator) asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about ‘making up the month of Ramadan in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah and interrupting it.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “Make it up in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, and interrupt it if you wish.”
