عَنْهُ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ اِبْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ سُوقَةَ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يُلاَعِبُ أَهْلَهُ أَوْ جَارِيَتَهُ وَ هُوَ فِي قَضَاءِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَيَسْبِقُهُ اَلْمَاءُ فَيُنْزِلُ قَالَ» عَلَيْهِ مِنَ اَلْكَفَّارَةِ مِثْلُ مَا عَلَى اَلَّذِي يُجَامِعُ فِي رَمَضَانَ«.
From him, from Yaqub ibn Yazid, from Ibn Abi Umayr, from Hafs ibn Suqah, from one who mentioned him, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him:
(Imam عليه السلام was asked) regarding ‘a man who plays (lustfully) with his wife or his slave-girl while he is making up the month of Ramadan, and the fluid overcomes him, so he ejaculates.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “Upon him, of expiation, is the like of what is upon the one who has intercourse in (month of) Ramadan.”
